Online Booking System for Nail Salons in Lebanon
If your nail salon still runs on WhatsApp messages and a paper diary, you already know the pain: back-and-forth texts to find a free slot, double-bookings on a busy Saturday, and clients who simply don’t show. An online booking page fixes all three — and you can have one running today.
Why WhatsApp booking holds you back
WhatsApp is great for chatting, but it’s a poor diary. Every booking is a conversation: “Are you free Thursday?” “What about 4pm?” “Sorry, that’s taken.” While you’re doing a client’s nails, those messages pile up unanswered — and a client who waits an hour for a reply often books somewhere else. There’s no shared calendar, so it’s easy to promise the same 5pm slot to two people.
How an online booking page works
With YellowPOS, your salon gets a public booking page at yellow-pos.com/your-salon/reservations. Clients see your services — gel manicure, classic pedicure, nail art, refills — each with its duration and price. They pick a service, choose a day, and select from the times that are actually free. They leave their name and phone, and the request lands straight in your dashboard. No phone tag, no double-bookings.
Set the right slot length for each service
A quick polish change isn’t a full set of acrylics. Because each service carries its own duration, the system only offers time slots that actually fit. Set a gel manicure to 45 minutes and a full acrylic set to 90, and your day fills up cleanly without you doing the maths in your head.
Running two or three technicians at once
Most salons aren’t one chair. If you have three technicians who can all do a manicure at the same time, set that service’s maximum bookings per slot to three. The page will accept up to three clients at 5pm and only then mark it full — so you fill every chair instead of turning people away on a slot that looks “taken.”
Fewer no-shows
When a client books online they get a confirmation, and you decide which requests to confirm. Because every appointment carries a name and phone, a quick reminder message the day before is easy — and that one message is the single most effective way to cut no-shows. You stay in control: requests come in as pending, and you confirm the ones that work.
Manage it all from one calendar
Inside your dashboard, every request shows up on a weekly calendar colour-coded by status. Confirm a booking and the client is emailed automatically; cancel one and the slot frees up for someone else. Walk-in or phone client? Add them yourself in a few taps so your whole day lives in one place. Our guide to your booking page and managing appointments walks through the whole flow.
Getting started
Enabling bookings takes a few minutes: add your services, turn on the booking page, and share the link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp status. See the step-by-step in accepting online bookings, or read why every Lebanese service business needs a booking page.
