How to Take Online Bookings for Your Salon, Spa, or Restaurant in Lebanon
Stop chasing confirmations over WhatsApp. YellowPOS now lets any Lebanese service business publish a booking page where customers pick a service, choose a date and time, and submit their request — all without calling.
If you run a hair salon, nail studio, spa, beauty clinic, or even a restaurant in Lebanon, you know how much time goes into managing bookings. Customers message on WhatsApp at 11pm, you reply in the morning, they ask what time you have free, you go back and forth — and sometimes they just don't show up. With an online booking page, that entire loop disappears.
What your customers will see
Your booking page (at yellow-pos.com/your-business/reserve or your custom domain) shows your business info and a grid of services you offer. Each service card shows the name, duration, price if you've set one, and a "Book Now" button. The customer taps a service, picks a date from a calendar, and sees the available time slots for that day. They fill in their name and phone, and they're done. You get an email notification the moment a booking comes in.
Setting it up in under 10 minutes
In your YellowPOS dashboard, go to Settings and toggle on Accept Bookings. Then go to Services in the sidebar and create your first service. Enter a name, how long it takes (duration in minutes), and how many slots are available at the same time — for example, if you have 2 nail technicians, you can set max capacity to 2 so two customers can book the same slot.
That's it. Slots are generated automatically from your operating hours. If you're open Saturday 10:00–18:00 and the service is 60 minutes, customers will see slots from 10:00 to 17:00. You don't manage a calendar manually — the system handles it.
Works for any service business
The booking feature isn't locked to a specific business type. A restaurant can offer dinner booking slots for 4–6 people. A spa can list massages and facials with different durations. A nail studio can list manicure, pedicure, and gel services as separate cards. A physiotherapy clinic can list session types. Any business that runs on appointments instead of walk-ins can use this.
You stay in control
Bookings come in as pending — they're requests, not auto-confirmed. You review them in your Bookings calendar (a weekly view in your dashboard) and confirm or cancel each one. If your schedule changes, you can cancel a booking directly. No customer-facing confirmations are sent automatically — you communicate with them directly by phone or WhatsApp after confirming, which is how most Lebanese businesses already work.
Share it everywhere
Once it's live, copy your booking page link from Settings → Store access and put it in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status, your Google Business profile, or a story link. Print it as a QR code and stick it on your front desk. Customers who scan it go straight to your booking page. The fewer steps between "I want to book" and "done," the more bookings you'll get.
