This Agreement commences on 2026-08-30 and continues for 12 months, unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days written notice.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement and any shared business information confidential.

7. GOVERNING LAW
