Personalisation: Store & Menu Look & Behaviour
Personalisation is where you control how your public store or menu looks and what options you offer: colours, fonts, banners, delivery, payments, and policies. All changes apply to the same public URL your customers use.
Opening Personalisation
In the app sidebar, click Personalisation. You’ll see sections for Look (theme and fonts), Banners, About, Social links, Delivery, Payments, price display, and policies. Everything you change here is reflected on your public store or menu as soon as you save — no coding or separate publishing step. Some payment and delivery toggles are also available under Store settings, so if you don’t find something in Personalisation, check there.
Look: theme and fonts
Set a theme colour — this is the accent colour used for buttons, links, and highlights across your store or menu, so it’s a quick way to match your brand. You can also choose a font family so the text has a consistent look. Together these give a professional, branded feel without touching any code.
Shop vs menu toggle
Decide whether your public page is a full shop (with home page, catalog, product pages, contact, and policies) or a menu (a single, simplified ordering view). You toggle this in Personalisation. The same products and categories power both; only the layout and pages change, so you can switch later if your needs change.
Banners and about
For shops you can upload hero banners (the large images at the top), enable a slideshow so they rotate, and add extra banner groups elsewhere on the page for promotions or seasonal offers. You can also turn on an about section and add your own text and image so customers can read about your business, your story, or your values — it’s a good way to build trust and connection.
Social links
Add your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn profile URLs. They’ll appear in your store footer as icons or links so customers can follow you or contact you on the platform they prefer. You don’t have to fill in all of them — only the ones you use.
Delivery and pickup
Turn delivery and/or in-store (pickup) on or off. When delivery is on, you can configure options (e.g. areas, notes) if your app supports them. At checkout, customers only see the options you’ve enabled — so if you’re not doing delivery yet, leave it off and they’ll only see pickup or in-store.
Payments: cash and Whish
Enable cash on delivery and/or Whish (money transfer). If you use Whish, add your Whish number in the settings so customers know where to send the payment; they’ll select it at checkout and you’ll see it on the order. The toggles live in Personalisation or Store settings depending on the option.
Prices: USD and LBP
Choose whether to show price in USD and/or show price in LBP on your store or menu. In markets like Lebanon where both currencies are used, showing both can help customers choose the one they prefer and reduce confusion at checkout.
Policies and FAQs
Add shipping policy and return policy text; they’ll appear on dedicated pages linked from your store (e.g. in the footer). Clear policies build trust and can reduce support questions. You can also add FAQs — common questions and answers — so customers find answers quickly without having to contact you.
